The Saskatoon Community Service Village is happy to provide cost-effective meeting space to other non-profit and community-based organizations in Saskatoon who qualify to meet our core values and guiding principles. The rate for these rooms is $15 per hour plus GST.  To inquire about availability and qualification, please contact the Village office at 306-975-7760.

*Please note that external meeting room space is not available on weekends or holidays.

We have five meeting rooms for rent:

The Frank & Ellen Remai Board Room (#101)

  • Located on the first floor
  • Seats up to 16 people
  • Six moveable and collapsible boardroom style tables
  • whiteboard/corkboard
  • Wifi

Softroom (#203)

  • Located on the second floor
  • designed for more casual and informal meetings
  • Seats 8-10 people
  • Two couches, four rolling chairs, a lounger and a round table
  • Wifi
  • Note: no food permitted

Village Lounge (#204)

  • Located on the second floor adjacent to the kitchen
  • Great for hosting events that involves serving your own food
  • Seating for 16-20 people
  • Eight moveable tables and twenty stackable chairs
  • Pull-down projector screen
  • Two whiteboards

Village Kitchen (#205)

  • Second floor adjacent to the Village Lounge
  • Fully equipped kitchen including oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and dishware
  • Gate opening into lounge, ideal for cooking demonstrations or serving food for meetings taking place in the Lounge.

Mámawópiwin Room (#206)

  • Mámawópiwin means ”Let’s sit together” or “meeting place.”
  • Located near the elevator on the second floor
  • Equipped with a pull-down projector screen
  • Six tables
  • Seating for 16-20 people
  • Equipped with whiteboards and cork board
  • Wifi

Third Floor Board Room (#308)

  • Equipped with eight moveable and collapsible boardroom style tables
  • Seating for 16-20 people
  • Pull-down projector screen
  • Whiteboard/corkboard
  • Wifi
